All patients who would like to see a specialist doctor need a referral paper from their family doctor in Quebec. Each patient must bring their referral paper with them on the day they come to see one of our specialist.
There is generally a 3 week waiting list to see a specialist but sometimes an appointment can be scheduled right away depending on when you make the appointment. You can only get on the waiting list if you have referral paper if not you must first get a referral from your family doctor.
The clinic doesn’t have a private parking lot for patients but there are places to park on the street. We are also located 1 minute away from the Guy Concordia metro station.

We accept most major insurance companies including but not limited to Manulife, Goral, Desjardins, Sigma, Crown, Keyfact, Blue Cross, Red Cross, etc…
Prescriptions can be usually refilled in person or over the phone.
ETA for lab results will vary based on the lab that it was sent to but it usually takes between 2 and 3 weeks. The time to receive imaging results are much quicker and we call the patient as soon as we receive them from lab. For general tests, if results are normal, we do not contact the patient. If the results are abnormal, we will be in touch with the patient as soon as we receive the results.
